CEC Winter Gala

This February, we invite you to grab your loved ones, slap on some fancy clothes, get done up

right, and join us for an event like no other! Start your night off right with a craft cocktail

designed to tantalize your taste buds. Nosh on delicious hors d’oeuvres, as you strategize on

how to win that experience of your dreams in our silent auction. Catch up with old friends, over

the finest meal served in Wisconsin that night. Our magician will get up close and wow you with

table magic as you eat and mingle. Then, savor your chef-crafted dessert as our magician takes

his act to the stage for a truly mesmerizing show. Finally, head down to the granite cellar

to claim your prizes from our auction, try your luck in the raffle and duck pull, then dance the

night away to the soothing tones of a jazz band. When the night is over, we hope you’ll feel full

from our event and fulfilled knowing that you helped the children in our community. Bring a

All proceeds are designated to enhance the CEC property and improve access to the outdoor campus.

- Tenderloin Medallions with Gorgonzola Cream & Whiskey- Balsalmic Glaze and Garlic Mashed Potatoes

- Grilled Wild Alaskan Salmon Filet with Garlic-Lemon Maitre'd Butter with an Orzo, Quinoa, and Wild Rice Blend

- Wild Mushrooms Strudel

All dinners include Julienne Zucchini, Peppers & Carrot Saute, Harvest Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette, and Fresh Dinner Rolls.
